In

finding
peace
can

I
can
attest
that
it
is

find
serenity

in
the

chaos.
My
journey
towards
serenity
began
with
a
realization:
I
had
no
control
over
the

affected
my
life.
But

I
could
control
was
how
I
reacted
to
them.
So,
I
made
a
conscious
decision
to
take
charge
of
my
emotions
and
focus
on
the
things

brought
me
joy.
I
began

meditate,
and
developed
a
daily
yoga
practice.
I
also
started
to
prioritize
self-care,
making
sure
to
take
time
for
myself,
whether
that
was
reading
a
book,
taking
a
bath,
or
going
for
a
walk
in
nature.
As
I
committed
to
this
new
way
of
living,
I
started
to
notice
a
significant
change
in
my
attitude
towards
life.
I
was
no
longer
reactive,
but
instead,
was
able
to
approach
situations
with
a
sense
of
calmness
and
clarity.
My
relationships
with
those
around
me
improved,
and
I
began
to
see
the
beauty
in
the
small
moments,
rather
than
focusing
solely
on
the
big
picture.
Of
course,
the
journey
towards
serenity
is
not
always
easy.
There
are
days
where
